At The Center, we provide evidence-based OCD treatment through our Whole Person Care approach, integrating therapies such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), individual therapy, group therapy, and psychiatric support. Treatment is thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s unique symptoms, experiences, and treatment goals.

With over forty years of experience treating OCD, The Center uses evidence-based approaches including ERP and CBT to help clients step out of the loop and reclaim their daily lives.

It combines structure and intensity with personal responsibility outside program hours. Most clients stay 2 to 6 weeks, with some extending up to 8 weeks based on individual needs.

Through our integrated Whole Person Care approach, individuals are supported by a multidisciplinary team that may include licensed mental health counselors, psychiatrists, naturopathic doctors, dietitians, and other experienced clinicians working together collaboratively throughout treatment.
