Step out of the loop with evidence-based OCD care.

OCD can involve intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, mental rituals, overwhelming doubt, or persistent fears that begin interfering with daily life, relationships, work, and overall wellbeing. Symptoms may look different from person to person, but many individuals feel trapped in exhausting patterns they cannot simply “think” their way out of.

At The Center, we provide evidence-based OCD treatment through our Whole Person Care approach, integrating therapies such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), individual therapy, group therapy, and psychiatric support. Treatment is thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s unique symptoms, experiences, and treatment goals.

Our team works to create a compassionate and supportive environment where individuals can better understand OCD, build healthier coping patterns, and begin moving toward greater freedom, stability, and hope.

With over forty years of experience treating OCD, The Center uses evidence-based approaches including ERP and CBT to help clients step out of the loop and reclaim their daily lives.
