Frequently asked
How do I start the admissions process?
Call us at (425) 670-9102. An Admissions Specialist will listen to your story, answer your questions, and guide you through next steps — including insurance verification and scheduling. We offer one-day admissions.
What level of care do you provide?
The Center offers a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) — structured daytime treatment, typically five to six days a week, with evenings free. It’s more intensive than outpatient therapy but doesn’t require overnight hospitalization. Most clients stay in our nearby housing.
How long is a typical program?
Most programs are two to four weeks, depending on clinical need and insurance coverage. Some clients extend beyond four weeks based on their treatment team’s recommendation.
What does a typical day look like?
Your day includes individual therapy, group therapy, meals, fitness or recreation, and any specialized services in your plan (naturopathic care, nutrition counseling, psychiatric check-ins). Evenings and Sundays are your own time.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We are in-network with Premera and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and we work with many other major insurers. We also accept private pay and offer CareCredit financing. Our admissions team will verify your benefits before you commit to anything.
Is The Center faith-based?
Faith integration is available but entirely optional. Some clients value it deeply; others prefer a secular approach. Your treatment plan is built around your preferences, your values, and your goals.
Can friends or family visit?
Yes. We encourage family involvement and offer family therapy sessions as part of many programs. Visiting policies are flexible — your admissions coordinator can walk you through the specifics.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, any current medications, toiletries, and anything that helps you feel at home (journal, photos, a favorite book). We’ll provide a complete packing list during the admissions process.
What conditions do you treat?
Depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, eating disorders, OCD, addiction, stress and burnout, abuse recovery, and more. Every program is built around you, not a diagnosis label.
What happens after I leave?
You’ll have an aftercare plan before you leave — including follow-up appointments, local referrals, and tools to maintain your progress. Our team is also available for check-ins after discharge.
